I got a puppy

So over the Christmas period, I got a puppy.

Shes a springer spaniel with a little bit of border collie sprinkled in apparently. She's showing the right genetic signs, physically and behaviourally, so i've chosen to believe the dairy farmer i got her off.

Her name is Marta. But she's acquired a few nicknames already - like Mardy Bum (like the Arctic Monkeys song).

My main goal with her is just to apply the system that I teach most of my clients, so I can show them more clearly how it works.

Now, I'm not forgetting Hudson - he's a great little dog, despite his quirks haha. BUT - he HATES being the demo dog at consults outside of peak summer. If there's a light breeze and it's under 20 degrees, he's a shivvering mess and doesn't wanna get out of the van. So he's been retired from consult duty (at least on cold days) and his role has been filled with a dog who is very much built for the elements - she actually loves being out in the rain and mud.
